The essence of what we are, as the foundation for what we can become.

March 25th - 27th, 2021
April 22nd - 24th, 2021
May 20th - 22nd, 2021

10am - 1pm PT

David Whyte and the Invitas Institute for Conversational Leadership Team invite you to join an intensive,  creative, three-month online course, looking at what David has identified as seven crucial elements for deepening any conversation. There will be a particular emphasis on the way any strengthening of the outside Leadership conversation always moves in parallel with the necessity for a deeply personal understanding of our own gifts and most especially the vulnerabilities we experience through our difficulties. The course is made up of a series of talks and conversations given by David, followed by collaborations and intensive exercises from the experienced Invitas team; including small group and one on one discussion with fellow participants.

Though many of us have been hanging on and getting through, there is a sense that the creative spark we need for a good future requires another level of participation

After a year of zoom calls during this difficult time: many of us struggle in the workplace with the ability to bring together distance and intimacy, to meld creative teamwork and the individual sense of aloneness in working from home. Though many of us have been hanging on and getting through, there is a sense that the creative spark we need for a good future requires another level of participation. This course is dedicated to finding that spark through understanding how we can continue to engage; to deepen and to invite into our work and our lives the gifts and perspectives of others.

The course follows a series of live talks and conversations with David; followed by exercises, explorations and practical applications by the Invitas team of Craig Fleck and Gayle Karen Young, amongst other creative guest presenters and artists.

Please join us and an eclectic community of fellow leadership pilgrims from all around the planet for what should be a very intense and rewarding journey.

In anticipation,

David Whyte
